I made a cash deposit on 11/20. When i spoke to ai support it said my deposit was canceled.

I called my bank and bank said it was NOT canceled. Now my 100$ is sitting in limbo making no money for me because its in cash account on coinbase.

I dont have a lot of money. And between the 20 and today i could have made some money!

I cant talk to the ai it doesn't understand the situation. The problem is on your end NOT my bank.

I have been a customer since 2021.

Now all of a sudden I can not use the app.

The 2 verifications do not work.

I tried to transfer my crypto to my other wallet now my crypto is gone and I am locked out.

I have been on the phone and on hold for 2 hours with no success & little help. And the help I received didnt know how to help?

Come on now. I use 7 other platforms with NO problems.

You can not make it this hard to access your own money.

I called Coinbase customer support 188******** and got ahold someone it gives you option to call you back they called me the lady could not explain how my account got locked and account was suspended? It was very weird and she could not explain to me how I can get to see the online card info to access funds if I want. I reported it to the ftc attorney general also because this seems fraudulent

What customer service?? I can't get a rep on the phone nor in online chat.

They have no customer service. When I try to resolve my issue online, the site / app sends me in a loop without resolution.

I have over $10k tied up there, and because they seem incapable of processing a $10 fee, I can't access the $10k. I'm pissed off beyond expression.

Got locked out because my new phone is not recognized tried several times to sign in went through the processes still cannot sign in. I need to talk to somebody.

Around 3 weeks ago I sent 1,173 XRP coins to my girlfriends account. It stated that the transaction was completed on my Coinbase account.

My girlfriend never received any XRP what so ever! I rang Coinbase and spoke with an advisor he told me not to worry and that the transaction had completed and was in her account but due to her account being new they needed some more details before the payment can go through... my girlfriend rang up and asked what they needed for the transaction to be completed. She gave every single detail but the advisor told her that nothing was able to be done for 10 days...

we waited 10 days and rang up once again for this time the advisor told my girlfriend that nothing could be done for 14 days!!! So we are just being led on a wild goose chase. I have been with Coinbase for a very long time and never had an issue. My issue now is the advisor has told my girlfriend that they can only refund the original amount that was paid.

At this moment in time 1,173 coins are worth just short of £2000.

I am absolutely disgusted the way me and my girlfriend have been treated and passed around as if no one is even bothered! If the coins aren't put back into mine or my girlfriends account immediately then I will be talking to my legal team and contacting the financial ombudsmen

I just wanna cancel my transaction that I made today and it deposit fund of $2977 and my bank had $380 and I miss click on the wrong thing and accidentally deposited $3000 and I dont even have $3000 on my bank account. And I just need to have this transaction cancelled and stop investing completely.and the screen shot of the email shows that I did what I did and I just wanna cancel it and take back my $380 dollars.

My account was not available to see the balance on it. After conversation with support group we identified the problem and it was solved. Thanks.
