Been on hold for 3 hours then disconnected
I made a cash deposit on 11/20. When i spoke to ai support it said my deposit was canceled.
I called my bank and bank said it was NOT canceled. Now my 100$ is sitting in limbo making no money for me because its in cash account on coinbase.
I dont have a lot of money. And between the 20 and today i could have made some money!
I cant talk to the ai it doesn't understand the situation. The problem is on your end NOT my bank.
Someone please call me back!

I Can’t Even Get Into My Account
Im pissed with them. I have been trying for three weeks to get my money out of my account because I have to pay a bill on the 3rd of January this year.
I have called them many times on the line it tells you to go to. But you dont reach a human to talk to so you have to use the prompts it gives you, which doesnt work for what I need. All I have been trying to do is get verified so I can get into my account. I had to wait for two weeks to make sure the money was in my account.
Even though my bank took it out of my account right away. I finally was able to reach two representatives, supposedly both supervisors two consecutive days to tell me when I can get access to my funds and they keep giving me more cheap promises that I would have my money by tonight

Stop taking monthly money from my account
Monthly money of $29.99 is been taking from my account and its unauthorized. I want Coinbase to pay all my money to me. The refund is November and December 2024
Kindly return my fefund back to my bank accounts.

Because Ive tried working with the robots since 8am and they suck. They cant help you and eventually stop talking back. I have a serious problem and I cant get transferred to a human

Terrible service loss of coins and money
Hello
I have been a customer since 2021.
Now all of a sudden I can not use the app.
The 2 verifications do not work.
I tried to transfer my crypto to my other wallet now my crypto is gone and I am locked out.
I have been on the phone and on hold for 2 hours with no success & little help. And the help I received didnt know how to help?
Come on now. I use 7 other platforms with NO problems.
You can not make it this hard to access your own money.
This is insane and I will be speaking to my attorney. You can not operate a business like this.

Suspended account fraudulent/scam activity Coinbase
I called Coinbase customer support 188******** and got ahold someone it gives you option to call you back they called me the lady could not explain how my account got locked and account was suspended? It was very weird and she could not explain to me how I can get to see the online card info to access funds if I want. I reported it to the ftc attorney general also because this seems fraudulent

Trying to make payment
What customer service?? I can't get a rep on the phone nor in online chat.
They have no customer service. When I try to resolve my issue online, the site / app sends me in a loop without resolution.
I have over $10k tied up there, and because they seem incapable of processing a $10 fee, I can't access the $10k. I'm pissed off beyond expression.
